Refund Policy

PROOF OF DATE OF PURCHASE must accompany all returns.

Returned items are subject to a 15% handling fee on the total value of the goods returned UNLESS approval granted by HOUSE OF VALORE.

No cash refunds will be given - only done via EFT (Bank transfer).

Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods upon  original receipt of goods.

No returns on special orders will be accepted unless there is fault with the stock.
